SWL reduction with adapter query

Made a quick tach to Euro 8 adapter. Its on a New Holland L216 skidsteer, which has a rated operating load of 1598.4 lbs i.e a tipping load of 3207.8 lbs This is a pic of the adapter with dimensions. https://i.postimg.cc/rFGvCn4d/Skid.jpg Given that the adapter plate weighs 75 kg, and based on the dimensions in the pic, is there is any engineering experts that would take a stab, at what the rated operating load would be taking into account the distance introduced by the adapter.

It would be interesting to know the maths to calculate that. It could be used to work out what loads a machine can lift if it's a wide load and not simply straight up and down. Of course, the further out the load is, the less it will be able to lift.
