Stopping and starting of hydrolic arm

I have a L555 that has been sitting not being used much. A couple months ago i posted about when moving the arm up there being a squealing sound. Some people told me there maybe air in the lines and to just move the arms. That seamed to help but didn't have time to really move them to get it all out ... Well I moved to Massachusetts and moved it up with we once again has sat a little bit. When I finally moved it the arms would lift then stop and would sound like it should be lifting then would start lifting again.what is wrong?

As you are facing the machine take you seat and front panel off. On the left you will see a pipe plug and it will have a square hole in the top. Remove this plug and clean the screen under it. DO NOT run your hands over it as there may be metal slivers in it. Then check your oil level. If it is real cold your oil may have to warm up before it works smooth. If it makes a sucking noise and works jerky you are not getting enough oil. Cause may be oil to thick or low on oil
