i have a 2002 ls 170 that the foot pedals have recently gotten very stiff on i bought the machine used and have no manual is there anyway to grease them if any info would be awesome thanks a lot for any help

I'd lift the cab and check the linkages, they should not bind up. It could be the pedals them selves or another object restricting movement.

our cab doesnt lift but we took the cover off and sprayed some pb blaster in there and one pedal is a lot better the other one is still sticking could it be a valve

About all you can do is lube the linkages under the cover between your feet. You can also look at the spools in the valve for scoring, but oil should be leaking there then.
Is it the boom up and down pedal that is stiff? Could have something to do with the float detent on the valve. For some reson mine are always stiff on the first cycle, but then seem normal.
