If you go to thier website it says Gehl on the side of thier skid steer. I have always had respect for Gehl equipment in general, though I have never personally driven one of their skid steers. Are they made in USA though?
I see. I googled staunch Skidsteer and got nothing. Yeh Gehl is what i was thinking when i looked at in the photo...the look of the machine just made me think of that. I am in the market for a larger machine. And the price looks good ...and i truct USA made (im in australia) we can get some cheap Chinese machines etc.. but with the aussie dollar USA made machines are prefered. i have only heard good things about yanmar etc.. and US steel (we hope) and US quality (i think) i have a cnadian machine and it is nice...so cant be much diffrent.
Looks like they are re selling the Gehl machines. While not the most popular in our market they are still a good skidsteer from most accounts. I think if Gehl had a line of constuction equipment like deere or case they would have been more popular. This manufacturer is mostly ag equipment, but I do see there loaders working in all applications. I would not be afraid to buy one if the price is right.
