Worked a few hours today, added more red diesel about halfway through. Stopped for lunch, back out there and working for 10 minutes. 863 shut down abruptly, like I'd turned off the key, no sputtering. Cranks but won't turn over. Holding lights button for five seconds shows "none". Ran the fuel primer for about a minute, still won't start. Of course my bucket is in the air so exiting and entering the cab is now difficult. Any clues? It's been a great machine for about a year.

I was an idiot for not checking the fuses. Thank you for this reminder. However, the fuses were fine.

In other news, after a full cooldown, the machine started. Got it moved out of the road and then tried to start it seven times. One time out of seven it cranked but did not start. Six times it was perfect.

I guess the next thing is check for rodent damage. Any additional suggestions or reminders welcomed.
