I have a 2002 jd 260 2 speed and it died on me the other day after a full day of use the day before. I could get it started but would die as soon as any pressure was put on the system. I changed the in-line fuel filter and drained the water sep. It started but would die between 10-120 secs. I then changed the water sep. and the air filter, nothing. Used stater fluid and it cranked, ran for a copuple minutes at half throt and died. it doesnt sputter it just dies like theres air in the lines. Started it again and it ran for 30 minutes under a decent load moving some dirt. Then it died again. I changed the fuel pump and still nothing. Is there anything else to check before i change the injector pump?

Sounds to me like your bleed screw on your fuel line is open. Kubotas have a bleed screw on the injector pump to prime the system. If it is left open the engine will start but then stop.
You can also check your stop solenoid to ensure its not damaged forcing it to shut the machine down.
