i'm thinking of getting over the tire metal tracks for my l553 i was wondering what size i should be looking for any suggestions (brand/size)?
You do need spacers. Try craigslist. I found 4 for $50, and another set for $200.earthwerks, did you have to put on spacers for clearance and if so where is the best deal on them? thanks

Ken, are those 2" spacers then? If I can find the money I will have to do, it this time of the year here you can't do anything without leaving ruts. Just curious do the track make it ride rough? I would expect some on hard ground anyway.Jerry
The best deal is to buy 5 sets and become a dealer. But short of that I'd be happy to help out.
New spacers are @ $350 which leaves mostused ones a good value.
They are a good track for the money.

Actually the ride is better BUT at the cost of a lot of shaking due to the shoes hitting the hard groundKen, are those 2" spacers then? On my 160 the 1.5" was enough, but 2" ones are the most common. Be sure to ask because I got stuck with a 1" set once.Ken, are those 2" spacers then?
