2013 New Holland 175 with Tracks. Parking brake release. Please help

So I parked my skid slightly down hill in the fall expecting to move it the next day. Long story short I wasn't able to get it and it set there all winter. Now it starts, I release the parking brake and the light goes off. However when I start to give it fuel it acts as if the brake is still on. It sounds like it's trying to move but nothing happens. Is there a way to manually release the parking brake? Does this sound like it's the parking brake or something else? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
