2013 New holland L218 trouble code 3961 …limp mode.

My 2013 New holland L218 has a trouble code 3961 and it won't pass a certain rpm. I replaced all injectors. It cranks but no start … but starts right up when starting fluid is sprayed in the intake. What would trigger the trouble code 3961? Would i need a scan tool to delete the code ?

I have no idea on the trouble code but you need to know what it is to help you figure out where to start looking , but I would guess you have a fuel delivery issue. Not getting the rpm your engine is starving for diesel fuel. I would go from the tank pick-up and work towards the injectors looking for unrestricted diesel flow. have you checked any diesel prefilters or the main filter itself? If you have a electric fuel pump ,do you hear it running when keyswitch is turned on?
