Is the belt that drives the blower an A or B size belt and what length is it? The Bobcat place will not help only want to sell their belt. Also the tensioner is it fairly easy to move because I can move the belt out with one finger. Was thinking should have more force on it than that. Thanks for the help.

Pretty sure it's an A section, if you get a piece of rope, you can work out the required length. The tensioner is not very tight, it's just how it goes, it doesn't need a lot of tension to keep the pullies spinning.

Cross reference of the 6704607 belt, which should be for the fan, indicates that it's a 1/2" x 40.25" belt according to Gates X-ref. There should be considerably more than finger tension holding the belt, grab the 763 book from the manual thread and see how it's built. Whole tensioner assemblies are available on ebay if you can't find just the spring.
