S510 - Manuel Park Brake Release ?

I'm dealing with a dead s510, major fuel contamination (sugar in diesel) .
I need to release the park and traction lock to put it into free wheel mode to get it off the roof of a multi storey parking lot. Only have 6ft 7" headroom between floors. So can't trailer it .
So would pulling the solenoid and 'T' bar allow this ??

would it be easier to flush the injector pump and set up a remote fuel tank to move it from where it is?

Pump, injectors, lines are toast from the sugar . Nice idea it's one I thought about but damage is to great .
