S250 reversing issue

Good morning, we have an S250 that will not reverse in 2 speed mode when the right lever is pulled back, when the left lever is pulled back it reverses fine, items looked at are: adjusted all linkages to bobcat spec using service sheet from manual, repaired hydraulic leak, changed hydraulic filter and topped up oil. If you rev up the engine and pull right lever back then it starts to move and Boggs out, seems like something is bypassing not allowing oil to the hydraulic motor, any help would be appreciated, brake works good and no codes on panel.

found the problem & hopefully it will help others, right side hydraulic motor inner vane was broken causing oil to bypass, now finding parts.

Glad you found the problem, have you tried loader parts source? get a price from them and the dealer.

No we haven't tried them, I tried the local dealer and they told me there were 3 different hydraulic motors used that year so we are working on getting the correct part, most common motor is $4,700 Candian dollars, any help on parts would be good, thanks

The dealer should be able to work out what one you have by the serial number, surely they will have parts for it, not just trying to sell you a new one for a crazy price.

After one week they finally cross referenced the serial number with the build sheet and gave me a breakdown of the part numbers required, looks like the parts are nearly as expensive as the motor its self by the time you rebuild the motor with new parts the labor outweighs a new part. now its down to the owner to make some decisions. Thanks Tazza for your help, now the waiting game again.
