I posted on shop but was wondering.. Does anybody know if case 1816 has a by-pass on pumps? I want to winch up onto trailer to power wash now that I got it half apart and scrapped somewhat clean of all the crud. please let me know asap, might be in service manual but I don't have one yet. Thanks!

I have never heard of one. I just out a chain over the top and pick it with a larger machine. The same for everyone else I know. The thing only weighs about 2,000 lbs.

Thanks - problem is I worked on it in my garage this winter so it is in garage wsith little head room to get boom over? I maybe could use engine hoist except that wouldn't get it out far enough (gravel drive)

A good neighbor with a big enough loader with pallet forks will do the job.

It's only about 50o pounds under each wheel. You could jack it up and put Harbor Freight vehicle dollies under each wheel, and a few boards over the gravel driveway.

That's a good idea Lesgawlik.. I ended up putting my ramp up to rear tires (backed trailer into garage) and winched up ramp. I had soapy water on floor but it decided to roll anyway. I winched maybe 8-10ft total. I'll go buy those wheel things for un-loading it. Thanks
