right front axle keeps coming out new holland 665

hey there new to this forum, i currently have a new holland lx 665 turbo... and i´ve been having major problems with the right front axle... it tends to come out no matter what i do... about 100 working hours ago i rebuild the axle because the outer bearing was torn apart, (the axle was coming out before the rebuild, thats why the bearing failed) so i replaced everything new bearings, shims and seals... but friday i was 30 minutes into the job and it came out again.. the snap ring just fails while working it just moves across the spline and the axle starts moving out.. any ideas on how i can fix this.. i was thinking about welding the darn thing to eliminate the issue but it seems a little excessive... hope you guys can help...

Is the shoulder of the snap ring groove rounded a little now from the snap ring climbing over? You may need to have a shop redo the groove. Hard to say without seeing the ring and groove though. You did replace the ring also ?

i did replace the ring... and i will try to take some pictures of it after i take it apart later on today and post them... thanks

On page 5 of this forum there is a thread on a lx885 that the wheel and axle came right out of. It may be built completely different than the 665 but he makes reference to a clip that broke.
