finally got p.m. 1200. changed fluids and oil, new battery, and it started right up , after 15 years got lucky , sound and drives good, but i think is a little slow, dont know how fast they are suppose to go. one jack is leaking, tried to take it apart but the ond where the wiper seal is keeps turning. ther is a slot back on the jack about an half inch with a keeper in it. does anyone know how this jack comes apart? any info would help.

The keeper generally come out the slot on that style of cylinder. Just how may be a challenge though.
