Prime Mover L-1300 Tilt Cylinder & rebuild kit info??

Howdy gentlemen!!
I came here seeking some help with an old Prime Mover L-1300. I'm having No luck hunting down the part number (s) for a rebuild kit to its bucket tilt cylinder.
The o rings look pretty good but the plastic seal is shot.
Anyone have any experience with these specific kits? I would have thought it was pretty simple to track down one & at a decent price but the web is lacking any info as far as I can tell on theses old machines...

Just a follow up, I ended up taking it to a semi local Hydraulic repair shop here in NC. They matched everything up for about $50 bucks - now for the install.
