Park Brake Stuck on ! Need help .

Hi , I have a 763 F and the Park Brake won't release . The other day the fuse to my Cig lighter blew so I replaced it but at the same time I noticed the fuse boxes were a bit Grubby so I cleaned em up and installed all new fuses now I cannot get the park brake to disengage . All the lights on the Bics are on solid not flashing when I bull the seat bar down I bypassed my seat sensor years ago , cant be that . Nothing happen's when I push the traction lock button on the dash . I cannot hear any solenoid noise pushing the brake off or on . Where is the park brake relay located ? And can I by pass the brake as I have to do a job asap . Thanks Toohp

Another problem is I cannot lift cabin as my machine is parked in my garage and I have a low roof .

The relays are in the engine bay mounted to the side wall. I would check to make sure the fuses are all making good connection. You could drag the machine out of the garage if you put some soapy water on the floor the tires will slide.

When I need to move my loader around when the engine won't run I jack it up with two 2-ton pump jacks just enough to get the weight off the loader tires and onto the wheels of the jacks and then I'm able to horse it around by hand. It actually moves around rather easy if you're on a hard surface.
You can also use a P-Bar under the bucket (or anyplace for that matter) if it won't move by hand but be careful if your on a slope... ask me how I know.

If there was any corrosion on the fuse holder its possible your park brake fuse connector is too corroded. I have by-passed them before with standard inline holders. Cheaper than buying a new harness with fuse box! Works just as well too.

Thanks , if I cannot get the brake off shortly yes I think I'll try towing it out with my truck , soapy water yes that will make better . I had melted fuse in the holder some time back bypassed that with an inline holder all good there .

Just looked at the it again , I can now move it tempory , ok Ive got a short somewhere it keeps blowing the Boss fuse , put a new one in releases the brake , push the aux hyd button it blows but I still have Aux Hyd thou . I'll get it out lift the cab and go from there .

Ive tilted the cabin & examined a lot of the wiring harness wires appear to look ok but the short is still there ( im no electrician ) . So problem is every time I push the aux hyd switch for my 4 in 1 bucket then shut the machine down the park brake wont release after restarting because it's blown the fuse . Where to go from here ? Override the park brake & have none is that an option ? I'll try ringing an electrician but finding one that will work on a bobcat is hard they just want to do cars here . Cheers

You can pull the coil off , 2 bolts, one harness plug and put a hose clamp on the rod in the center of the coil to hold it up.
(coil is the one on top of the chaincase with 3 heavy wires on it) Or pull out the brake bar with a few more bolts and be able to drive it. just park where its flat.
You coil my be defective and drawing too many amps, blowing the fuse.
I'd unhook it first and see if the fuse survives then.

Yes if you take off the next lower piece you can remove the bar that is the brake.
The micro switch plate above is your back up alarm switches.
