I looked for a door for a customer awhile back and was shocked to see that Case wanted $45xx.00 for just the door.
The customer kept looking around and found that Case of Stoville,(Near Toronto) Ontario had aftermarket cab kits (steel and glass) manufactured for $1800.00 cdn
Not free by any means, but at least what you might expect to pay.
