Never even heard of one until this post. I did find a picture of one at Bobcat of Indy's website (http://www.bobcatofindy.com/images/2410.jpg). I also found specs on Bobcat's website (http://www.bobcat.com/products/historical/other/articulated_loaders.pdf). Sounds like a fair sized little loader, 2500# lift capacity, 9400# machine weight, 74 HP Perkins diesel, and WOW, a top speed of 14.5 MPH.
What kind of info were you looking for? How do you plan on using the machine? I am sure others here with be able to help even if we don't have the same machine.

Yeah... Bobcat phased out the 2400 about the same time they cut production of the 980 and 974/975. It didn't exactly hold a strong place in the lineup. 500K_773 beat me to the punch -- that pdf file is about as concise as you can get.

How did this piece of equipment compare with a Kubota of like qualities? Does anyone other than bobcat make one? Just curious.

Frend had one for about 5 years which I put about 500 hours on it. I personaly didn't like it. Thought it was to tipy on hill sides. also could not see the cutting edge of a bucket when it was on the ground. But my frend loved it and was able to make it work for him. Although he did not like the hoe so I sold it for him to a guy to adpt it to a 975 bobcat. Good luck with your machine I am sure you will find many uses for it. Dwan
