Stopped in at the local dealer today and heard rumors of some new machines comming out. T230 and T240 CTL's in mid frame machines. I assume one will be a radius lift path and the other will be a vertical lift. Also a T380 and a larger machine than that. Model number unknown. They are supposed to be releasing a T110 this spring as well. It is to be direct competition to the RC30. Also bobcat is apparently re-modelling all of their skids and mini-ex's and they have released a wheeled excavator for the European market. Model E55W. (Doosan maybe?) Any-one heard anything more about this? www.mainpump.com/news/construction/3068.htm

Doosan is just rebadging the Bobcat mni's as their own, and the EW55 is the Doosan's own machine, but Bobcat rebadged it as their's.
The large frame CTL will have the steel track an an option now to.
What I'd like to see is all the models keep the numbers, but they all have the option of vertical or radius path, the thing I hated was the jump from the T250 to a T300, you lose 500 pounds of ROC with the T250, when you need a radius path loader on a machine that can handle 3000 pounds ROC, let's have a T280, best of both worlds slightly less/more ROC and the option of the vertical or radius path loaders.

But I'm still NOT going back to Bobcat, I am waiting for a used Cat 279C CTL to come my way.

The talk I heard today was the plant is back up producing machines , I was at the dealer today when a truck load of new machines came rolling in , heard they are retooling for the new machines which had already been designed before Doosan took over , a bigger and a smaller machine are in the works ------
