Hi everyone,
It's coming into summer in Australia and I'm running a mulching posi with no air con and we can't figure out why it's not working. Hoping the brain trust can give me a hand here.
So far I've replaced, condenser, compressor (replaced just before I got it), tx valve, dryer, temp dial in the cabin, I've bypassed the water valve so coolant no longer runs into the cab and it has been regassed twice. The evaporator has been cleaned by the mechanic as no one in Australia has one. Neither of the pipes coming out of the compressor are cold, and can't see any freezing up of the metal pipes anywhere. System is definitely holding pressure. Only part that I'm thinking could be stuffing up is the thermostat needle that sits inside the condenser but unsure why it would be.
In the morning it blows cold perfect but as the machine warms up the air warms up with it till its blowing like it's the heater. I'm down 5 and a half grand with no success. Please help!
