Signal not available code help

[Sage Trail]

Hello Thought I'd unplug fuel pump on my 22 Rt40 so no one could steal from job site. Forgot to plug back and ran it for ~~2 days. Plugged back in and all ok but next day or so I get the "signal not available" code. Tried to empty water separator, put new battery, checked fuses, unplug both ECU and check for corrosion, unplug clean both diesel pump and water separator plugs. Still get code and no crank!!!
anyone have similar issue? What was the solution?

Did you happen to find the fault ? .I might have a similar problem. Happened after a wash for me.
