Mustang / Gehl 2040 hydraulic issue

Hello, i am having trouble with the lift and tilt functions on my 2040 skid steer. There is hardly any power in either and with a full bucket, persisting to try and lift will stall the machine. I have replaced the filters and the oil level is good. Any ideas? Thank you.

I'm not liking the fact the engine is bogging down and trying to stall, it soulds like the issue is more engine related and not the hydraulic system.
One thing to check is that the aux hydraulics are not stuck on, as this would put extra load on the engine, but should not pull it down, making it stall.
Is it petrol/gas or diesel? Have you changed the fuel and air filters?
