Mustang 332 how to drain whole hydraulic fluid? Which kind of hydraulic fluid need?

Hello. Two years ago I bought mustang 332. I would like to change hydraulic fluid and chain case fluid.
1. how to drain all hydraulic fluid from system? I see 4 bolts/ pins- two on the right side on back, one on the left side on back and one on the left side on back under skid steer
2. What kind I need hydraulic fluid? Now is ATF red (I'm from Europe) I found can be hv46 or hvi46
3. what kind oil I need for chain case ?

Chaincase level & fill plugs are at the front of the loader on the frame
Drain for the reservoir is at the rear bottom should all be a 3/4 or 1 inch pipe plug
hv32 is probably a better fluid for this loader

Chain case have the same fluid like hydraulic system? Is connected?Probably not.
I know how change in chain case. I would like to know how drain whole from hydraulic system, (lifts, hydro pump, hydro motors
plugs 1,2,3,4 are to drain from hydraulic system ? I have to open all of or only 3 and 4?

you need only 1 of the bottom left side plugs to drain it doesnt matter which
chaincase & hydraulics different reservoirs

i live in europe in my climate recommended hv46 you agree? I live in Poland.

It will work but if it gets below freezing it may have slower hydraulics till oil warms up

Which oil you recommend? Can I use 10w30 in hydraulics? Will not broke?

Probably would work but a lighter weight oil would better, hv32 would be better
