mustang 310 skid steer

i have a mustang 310 skid steer, the problem is it will turn right on a dime but when i try to turn left it makes a loud groaning pump type noise. it will go forward or reverse fine. it aks like its fighting itself when you turn. the hydraulics on the bucket work fine. and its always been like this since i bought it 8 months ago. also if i take the left stick and push it forward its fine but when i pull it back it makes that noise and doesnt want to move, now if i take the right stick and move it forward it makes that noise but if i pull it back it moves. thanks alot, frank

You can try swapping motors, see if the problem moves to the other side. If it moves, the motor is the problem, if not, the pump has an issue.
