Should i buy a Ford CL-40 skid Steer

I am new to the forum but find forums like this really helpful. I'm looking at a Ford CL-40 skid steer and trailer set up. I'm hoping I can can
a couple of opinions. $5000 for the machine and trailer.
current owner has owned it for 10 years and just used it around his property.
within 5 years new hoses, air ride seat, tires runs well. Gas engine
Would be using it for odd jobs
any thoughts

with a machine that old condition is everything, and the trailer,what are the axles rated for,I assume that it has 4 wheels,does it have brakes? 1 axle or 2? lots of stuff here we do not know, I can not say anything about price , except if all was in reasonabe shape 5000 would not be bad.

Trailer is a double axle, brakes, ramp.
