Motor bad in 721 any motor options?

Hey guys I have a late 70's 721 with the deutz 2 cylinder diesel in it that threw a rod, Wondering if there is any other motor options out there. I have a late model wisconsin VH4d with a straight shaft on it that has only 150hrs on it would this work in there with some mods? I know the 720's used a air cooled wisconsin, I am not sure how the 720 coupled the engine to pump, mine in the 721 uses a u-joint bolted to the flywheel then splined to the pump any help would be appreciated thanks.

The 721 and the 720 use the same U-joint, pump yoke and adapter. The only thing I see that is different is the way the U-joint mounts to the flywheel of the engine. The U-joint is part number 6598347, the yoke is part number 6540658, and the adapter is part number 6540655. Let me know if I can be of more assistance.
