M700. VH4D. Governor control.

Still working on the M700. Currently trying to find out this linkage was mounted. The guy found it hanging and just made up a bracket for it. But moving the throttle did not move the governor lever. To much slack. And the Pic shows a second rod coming off it. But there was not one when I took it off. Nor does it show where it connects to. The two on the cantilever, one goes to the spring. And the other too the throttle linkage.

Help... Lol.

I got it figured out. I had to fab up a new pin and mount. But it is all together and working.
