Can any one tell me what I have to do to the governor on my v2203 out of a refer trailer to work in my bobcat?

You should just have to adjust the low & hi idle screws, that hold your throttle lever in place to the desired rpms

I had a similar situation with a Perkins engine off of a welder/ generator that was set to a max rpm of 1800.I would have had to go into the engine and change the governor springs for it to reach its max rpm of 2800.To much work on this Perkins(would have to disassemble front of engine). My engine has a rpm adjustment screw which I was able to back out and get 2400rpm which is working fine for me.I also adjusted the stops to allow full linkage travel.I don't know about your question concerning the solenoid.

I will send pics tomorrow. It is at my work. The engine is out of a carrier refer. And we work on them. This has the throttle tied off so it don’t move and has a solenoid that will idle it up. Carrier calls it a speed solenoidZ
