M371 hi/lo range pully alignmnet

I just acquired a M371. This is my 1st skidsteer. When I loaded it up it was in hi range. Now that I want to use it I need it in low range. I got a couple new belts but they keep slipping off the pullys when I turn the machine in either direction. I looked online at other M371 machines and in some pics the pully were not lined up perfectly. The hi range pully line up but the low range does not.
