LX665 Foot Pedals Locked

I searched on here and could not find exactly my issue. I sit in the machine,put the seat belt on and start the machine. The pedals do not unlock. With the machine still running I unlatch the seat belt and re latch it and the pedals are free and the machine works fine. It works fine until i shut down and restart then I must follow the above sequence to get it to work again. The machine has 2 switches under the seat. I think one is for boom control and one is for start. I switched them with the same results. Any help would be great

Sounds like a weak connection check all and grounds clean and check all fuses and relays

Installed a new battery,problem is fixed.
