LS170 Forks fall off

I have a set of forks for my LS170 and as of late, they have been coming loose on the bottom where the pins latch and falling off. the two lockdown handles stay locked. This doesn't seem to happen with my bucket. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem. I move around a lot of expensive equipment with these. Thanks!

You may need to re-weld the metal bits on the bottom. If they were not done right, there may be too much of a gap between the bottom of your quick attach and the fork carrier allowing it to slip out. I have about 1/8" of space between the QA and the bottom plate that the pin locks through.
