Does anyone know where I can buy a new or reman zexel injection pump for a 2002 New Holland ls160? New Holland wants $1300 for a new one!

The housing is damaged and more than likely not salvagable. Still waiting to here the good/bad news on it. Hoping to find a bad engine with a good injector housing, internal parts of injector are still good.

A rebuilder who specializes in those engines should have cores and might sell one. It never hurts to ask. Also try the tractor salvage yards as some of the late model New Holland tractors also use the shibaura engines.
