Hello, I'm looking to chagne the hydro drive oil in my loader. I'm being told I need to use 10w-30 for the area I'm in (Ohio). Someone has told me I can push the oil out the remote hydraulic lines vs taking the belly pan off and fighting the main drive hose? I realize it will be some serious pressure and want to know if anyone has a better idea or if this is not practical. Any help is appreciated.

The oil weight sounds about right.
To remove the oil i do the same. Open a line on a quick coupler and with the machine running at idle, operate the aux hydraulics and when it starts to spit, shut it down. Re-fill and you have changed all the oil you easily can.
If you have water contamination it's a little harder. I assume the oil is fine, just a little aged?

Well it's not really aged, it's good and clean but the guy I bought it from put 5w-30 in it. He had the pan off and went all over it, i finally talked him into selling it to me and he went and got a 180.
