Loud clunk on Bobcat 763. Now won't go forward or backward

The motor runs, the arms lift. When my husband tries to go forward or backward, it only rocks in those directions, but won't actually move into those directions. Any ideas what we could be facing? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the parking brake solenoid is activated; both sticks give the same result? It's highly unlikely that both side's chain drives could suffer a failure at the same time.
Check the annunciator panel on the side of the BOSS box, if you don't have all greens there could be a problem with the seat or lapbar switches.

Thank you Flyerdan for your reply. My husband called a mechanic and it turned out that the drive belt was loose. He adjusted it and it is working now. Siena
