loss of power when using grapple

I have had trouble when using the grapple on my T300. When I am going uphill it really seems to pull the motor down. I have the auxiliary button on to run the grapple and am not opening or closing it when the loss of power starts. Is it true that it pulls the machine down some when you are using the grapple and trying to move at the same time or raising or lowering the arms? AM not doing that, also am checking fuel for contamination but when using bucket seems normal. Have run it here at the house with the bucket moving dirt and seems fine. Any suggestions as to what else to look for? Have changed fuel filter and after putting the new one on and running it a while took the filter off and it looked clean as well as the fuel in it. Cleaned the primer bulb. The old filter was dirty and seemed to be some water in it when I drained the bottom of it. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

That was my thinking on it, did not know if there were any relays or electrical issues with how it was acting. Had no codes come up. Is there a fuel tank drain on a 2005 T300?
