Looking at buying a Bobcat S250

hello, im looking at buying a 2009 Bobcat S250 with 3248hrs. $21,400 is their bottom dollar. Is there anything i should look for or watch for in particular? I believe the machine was owned since new by a concrete contractor. Machine has original paint and appears to be in good shape, based upon pictures. Thank you in advance.

Just the usual things, start the engine from cold, see how it starts and checl for wear of the pivot points.
I have one and feel the starter s a little under poweerd, but it does get it running and it is a beast of a machine.
