Story short, I re-installed the pump AGAIN and now the right side has no power. The "Hyd Charge" light flickers at times when moving the drive lever, but nothing. Any ideas? Long Story without too much disgust for who guided this journey: Bought the machine with a broken pump. Replaced the pump, the threads holding the front cover to the pump together were stripped. Installed longer bolts, didn't work, forgot connecting gear to drive pump. Removed pump, installed gear, lost some pins in the center bearing and replaced, reinstalled everything, ran fine for about 10 hours, front cover blew off. Removed pump cover, carefully drilled out threads and put in helicoils on the machine, worked for about 10 hours, dripping oil at pump to cover gasket. Removed cover, put in new OEM gasket, machine ran for about 5 hours and front cover blew off. Removed entire pump, on the bench put in 7/8" long Time Serts into the pump, replaced the center bearing (B1416) becuase I lost some pins, re-assembled, now there is no power on the right side. Hydraulic light will flicker when working the handle back and forth. I was super careful to catch all grinding dust/chips, everything went back together as it had the last few times, now there is just nothing. I think everything is back where it belongs, are there any "easy" checks before I rip it apart YET AGAIN to see what there might be? The shaft in the pump is turning because the charge pump works and the arms go up and down and the left side works. I really don't want to dump another $100 in fluid into this thing, I'm around $300 right now from the front cover popping off, hoses breaking... L785 for sale...
