L555 Deluxe Boom and Bucket won't move Please help

If you shut down then restart, i can't see it being a bad battery. A bad battery, i'd think would be hard starting, if at all.
Additional Info: OK, my question on battery / system voltage was an inquiry after reading the following comment from ruko_ruko: "...I became aware of a probable low voltage situation when I switched to "service mode" on the module and turned the key to start, the start relay would just click and stutter. Also noticed the running lights, which have nothing to do with the module, were not functioning with the key in the on position. Really cleaned the battery cable connections, put a 10 amp charger on the battery, got the volts up to 13.6 steady and now the unit runs just fine,..." My battery voltage, not running, is ~12.8, running it's ~13.5. Additionally, after swapping the new seat safety harness and resistor-diode link, I have found that the when the SOL LED light goes out on the control module, (with no other warning lights), if I reduce the throttle for a moment and then rev it back up, the SOL LED will reset and function normally again,... at least for a limited time. Are there any other issues that could cause this SOL LED issue? Fluid? Pressure? Flow? Filter? Electrical problems are frustrating!

Machine has been sitting for 3 yrs. Has Kubota motor. Drained hydraulic oil, changed filters, and refilled hydro oil. Machine moves great but boom and bucket wont move but 1 inch. I hear load on motor and no whinning sound from hydraulics. Both seat switches have been jumped out. Everyone is talking about a solenoid valve for the hydro system. Where is this valve? Please help!!!!
I have a L555 new holland and have found that the wire connections to the two thermal breakers near the exhaust manifold were corroded, cleaned them up and back in business! Before I could operate it for 20-30 minutes and the boom Hydrualics would lock up. After three years it started to lock up again and now it's a bad ground connection with the seat/seatbelt. Cleaned the ground connection left side of the control panel and back in business!

I'm having close to the same issues. I found mice chewed both my solonid wirings luckily before the harness. I'm hoping I can replace both of them, plug my seat back in and get my SOL light back on. Would anyone happen to have part numbers for them?
