hello everyone i have a l553 works well most of the time...but latlely it seems that when using the machine for a few hours(4-6) at full power and i work it hard it slows the engine down to the point it shuts its self down and i restart it but it will only run at an idle it will actually roll the throtle back to an idle on its own if it try to run at full speed or even half throttle when this problem starts. problem 2 this may be related when using the machine after about a half hour or so and i scooping and dumping running this at full speed it starts to buzzer but no lites it happens only when dumping material. i see no fuel or heating issues. i replaced chains 220 hrs ago, flex plate and shaft about 200hrs ago (before problems started) all fluids and filters since problem started. any help is much appriciated.

A couple of possibilities on the throttle problem. Your fuel tank cap may not be venting properly causing the engine to starve for fuel. Your electric fuel pump may be failing when hot. There might be debris in the fuel tank blocking the intake pipe. Change fuel filters. As for your buzzer, the alarm is tied into the charge pressure with the switch located by the hydraulic filters. When you turn the ignition switch on does the hyd light illuminate? It should be coming on with the buzzer. Be sure your hyd oil level is at the full mark. Install genuine NH filters, the charge pressure is regulated by the check valve by the filters. Your switch may be failing. Also if I remember right it was not unusual for the alarm to sound if you were traveling and rapidly cycling the hydralics at the same time.

replaced fuel pump and filters all new holland only dealer i have close to me. also pulled the paper pre filter (before pump) out of system that helped i will be replacing it with a mesh screen filter. when i go to start it the hydro lite and buzzer do come on. i'll check the fuel cap you hit the nail on the head with the buzzer for rapidly cycling the hydros that is what it does. is there a way to check the pressure switch and/or check valve? thank you

You can remove the pressure switch and install a gauge there. I do not remember what the pressure should be.
