L218 N844LT Blown Engine?

Just picked up a 2014 L218 with a blown engine. Was told there is a hole in the block behind the starter. Was wondering how common something like that is with these machines? Also if anybody has any ideas where a good place to look for a replacement engine is, please let me know! Thanks
 
What engine do you have? They seem to offer a variety of engines through the years. I'm for sure no expert, just owned our L185 a year and a half. If you have the Fiat diesel they seem to be very high quality. I've done some checking around and Fiats (Iveco is another name for them) come in a LOT of agricultural and other heavy equipment and everything I've read speaks well of them. Since these skid steer engines just basically power a couple hydraulic pumps it seems like it would have to be "pilot error" to grenade one. When I was trying to find info on my engine, when I Googled it a lot of outfits selling rebuilts popped up too so you might give that a try.

This engine is a Shibaura 4NLDI engine. Believe its some sort of division of Perkins
