John Deere CT322 hand control problems

Hello new guy here. i bought a john deere ct322 with hand/foot controls. When i first started to get used to this machine (never owned or drove a skid steer before) the left lever would hop out of neutral by itself sometimes forward or sometimes reverse. it was very dificult to drive/turn smoothly. i read a few thing and found that the arm under the swashplate was loose. i tightened it and it is better (way easier to get to neutral and it seems to stay there) now the left handle is in more of a forward position than the right and is still very touchy in forwar or reverse. is this an adjustable thin or worn linkage parts ?
