New Bob tach needed s570

New to the Forum. Thanks for accepting me. Recently purchased high time s570. The bob tach is wore out and need to purchase new. Searching for one I see aftermarket on ebay for $620 with bushings to $2000 for oem Bobcat. My question is this. What is the difference between Quality of the lower priced tach compared to oem Bobcat. Is cheaper tach worth buying? I do not use this machine in a commercial environment.

If it's a fairly easy swap, I'd go for the $600. Swap it 3 times and you're ahead of the game.

just looked on the bobcat site they show things at $1383.99, that doesn't seem all that bad to me, and then you know your getting quality replacement, over the ebay questionable ones
600 bucks more, but thats not terrible IMO for peace of mind knowing it fits rights and works right and is of good quality, 2 grand, OK< maybe gamble on cheaper!

maybe your dealer is trying to over charge you!
