John deere 270 hydraulic issues please help

So I have a john deere 270 1st series
Recently changed flywheel and had main pump removed. Reinstalled had 2 hoses blow on boom arm replaced them. Now I'm currently having issue where my boom raises quickly but comes down extremely slow. Not sure if it's related but I have no power on my right wheels. They do not appear to have broken chain. Left side of machine is fine. Looking for any helpful ideas or past experience

I'm far from expert, but is it possible that hoses got reversed when the pump was removed? I accidentally did that and got similar weird behavior.

I did try switching the hoses around to check but had no luck. All the lines seem to fall right into place where they go from their own muscle memory
