Jerking bad?

What could possibly cause a bobcat to suddenly start jerking, the only way to stop it is to stop moving the loader forward and start to move it slowly. I noticed it doing this a few times before the motor went south. The jerking was pretty violent.???? I have the motor out now and wasn't sure if I should get the pump cleaned, rebuilt, or replaced. (Providing that could even be the problem) Thanks again everyone for the input. This bobcat is new to me and I like to know as much as I can about equipment that I use.

Loose pintal levers. Aluminum arms that link the steering linkage to the shafts on top of the hydrostatic pump.

Thanks. I lifted it up and I did notice that one of them was loose and almost hanging. I am going to replace the alum pivit and a bushing. I hope this will help. Thanks greatly. It is most appreciated!
