jd ct322 starts and dies

My john Deere ct322 just recently died and will not start, and stay running, for more than about 5 seconds. With the battery disconnected overnight, you can start it in the morning and it will start up just perfectly but dies after about 5- 10 seconds. Try to start it again and it wont hit a lick. You can remove the battery cable for a few hours and it will hit again. May be coincedental. You can hear a solenoid click from the rear when the machine shuts down. This is evidently an autoshutoff but what could be shutting it down. I have 2 codes, which are f965 (fuel level sensor input high) and f9j8 (glow plug relay output open or shorted to power) I am out of ideas. If anyone can help I would certainly appreciate it.

There is a check vavle in the fitting where the return fuel line connects to the block. I chnaged a lot of those. They would hold fuel pressure, start and die, start die.
