My first post here, thanks for having me. Just bought a john deere 7775 skid and after 2 weeks of trying to diagnose electrical issues I am seeking some reach from other deere owners or a new holland guy that has some input. Starts and runs fine in service mode, switch to start mode it dies instantly. Nothing on the instrument panel works, every once in awhile i see a flicker like a reset but nothing anymore. Anyone have a pinout or a wireing diagram in general? I have tried alot of tests and poked a power probe around and not making any progress

I don't know a lot about those, but I do know the dash is very sensitive to moisture. Never saw many when I was at Deere, but the time I did work on one, I was strongly warned not to spray water anywhere near the dash when washing it as others had screwed up dashes that way in the past.

You might consider posting in the new holland section as they made that machine. Equivalent to a LX665 I believe. I'm a very new owner of a LX565 and I know that I have to be in the seat for the EIC board to light up (even before having the key on). So I would start with the simple stuff and see if your seat switch is working by doing some testing. I've never tried starting the machine in service and take it to run not being in the seat (this would be the same as the seat switch not working) to see what happens.

I just tried mine starting it with the switch in service, then taking it to run not being in the seat. It stayed running so the seat is probably not your problem. I still recommend you copy and paste your original post and take it to the NH section. There are some guys that really know your machine but probably don't take a peek in the deere section.

I have a 8875 thats doing the same thing. Any luck with yours? Starts fine in Service then flip the switch to run and it shuts down. Ive went through the tech book and every place it should have power it has it. Ive even seen the panel blink on then off. Email me if you find anything out. Deanturnbow@gmail
