hydro charge light

hi all I am new to this forum and need to get some helpful information.. I have a new holland l555 deluxe. i changed the hydraulic fluid in it today and all filters. when i got completed started the machine and the hydro charge light is on. I shut it off immediatly did't want to harm anything. if anyone could please help with some info. i would appreciate it thanks.

If you changed the filters you will have air in the system. Start it up again, drive it around, let it rest and repeat. See if the light goes off.
The system should self bleed the air out.

Yup, the great Tazza is right. Follow those directions and you should solve your problem! On another note, what engine is in your l555 deluxe? I have a standard l555 with a perkins diesel. I am currently looking to replace that engine and would like to know what other options I have.

i have the kubotta engine v1902. And thank u all for the info on the light i will give it a shot. So i will not hurt ne thing by running the machine your saying? I have no idea on what the light even means.

Charge pressure is applied to the drive pumps. There is internal leakage of the pump and motors which must be replaced, this is where the charge oil comes in. It takes up any internal leakage. The sender detects if its low to prevent damage. If the change pressure was too low, the machine wouldn't move and scream. Senders do go bad too. You can always remove the sender and install a 150PSI gauge to check if the pressure is ok.

well just got time to go and try it out... worked all the air out of the system and works great light went out!! thanks to all who gave me the info I am new to skid steers and this forum. this is a great thing for all to communicate with problems or issues with their equipment
