Sorry, the model is a John Deere 250 year 2001

Start with the obvious. My CT322 has multiple safeties that lock out the hydraulics. Parking brake, hydraulic lock, seat switch, seat belt sensor, door sensor are the primary ones. Are you getting any error codes or lights to narrow it down? As suggested check fuses and relays. Check hydraulic tank level. Hope you figure it out.

I would check the input shaft where it is driven by the engine. You may have lost your spline engagement.
