how do you remove a bics controller

hello newby to this site.can anybody tell me how to loosen a bics controller on the 863?i am trying to replace the insulation behind the seat and dont know how to remove the controller please help

let me rephrase that my concern is the wireing going threw the wall not the actuall controller

If its the same as mine, you simply slide back the rubber boot, and press in the locking part of the connector and pull down. The connector should easily slide out of the box....

That is just a gromet holding the harness to the wall. Just start pushing around the edge of the rubber until you poke it through to the back side.
